Step 2: Concept Designs, Reports and consultants

1. Brief Development & Sketch Design concepts with client’s aims and requirements in mind.
2. Work with client to finalise design concept within budget. 
3. Preparing working drawing for engineers.

Step 3: Submission and Approval

​1. Prepare all required reports - BASIX, Waste management, S.E.E etc
2. Meet with town planner on client behalf prior to submitting. 
​3. Prepare complete set for submission.
4. Contract Administration.
